Meat stuffed meat?
I have a pork loin sitting in the fridge that needs to be cooked, so I started looking around for some recipes. I notice a lot of you do stuffed loins, so I wanted to try something like that. I found THIS Pork Loin with dried apples and sausage stuffing recipe on Greendriver's web site, so I bought some apples and sausage at the store today on our weekly trip.
The wife wanted to know what was for supper, so I showed her the pics from the site. She said, "Meat stuffed meat? That's just like you."

I stuffed one last year with apple pie filling and one with stovetop stuffing mixed in with Craisins. Both were gone before I got a chance to sit down and eat.
