I'm farkin stuck

OK, I have been at 145-147 for almost an hour and a half in my bird. I thought my probe was bad, next to a bone or something, but no. I have used 3 thermometers. And have been rock solid 270-290 on the UDS. I have had this happen in a brisket but not on a turkey or yard bird. Oh, well back to drinking.

mine slowed down about 145 then it picked up quickly

I had same issue - eventually it will go the right way

I took the pit temp up to move it past the plateau

151. Okay, mine stayed in the 140's about 1-1/2 hours.
