Battle of the Bones Contest at the Liberty Bowl in Memphis
If anyone is attending the Univ. of Alabama Birmingham - Univ. of Memphis game this Saturday please stop and say hello. Swinebucks will be cooking in the Battle of the Bones Rib Cookoff on the parking lot of the Liberty Bowl Friday Night and Saturday. We will have free Starbucks Coffee, Pulled Pork, and Adult beverages. Are any other teams going to be participating in this contest? I do know Simple Q will be there and we are going to try and coodinate our spaces to make a bigger area. We have never competed in this before so I don't know how many people will be there. I will try to take some pictures to share.
