Veal Shoulder
I got a deal on a couple of boneless Veal shoulder
roasts.. I froze them.. Have any of you ever smoked a boneless veal shoulder?? I want to fire up one of my cookers next week and want to play with the Veal.. Any ideas  Thanx

Ive never done a veal shoulder but I have smoked some veal ribs before. Good stuff man! I found a recipe here for veal shoulder. Good luck man!
