MODS - This is sort of an odd mix of a competition thread for non-competitors, so feel free to move it to another area if you would like.

Hi,

If you aren't able to compete in Sayville but would like to be part of the event, please let me know. We need a lot of help.

I am very interested in people who would be willing to do a 'bbqing basics' demo for the public.

Regardless of your limitations (time, etc.), I'm sure that we can find a way to utilize your valuable skills.

I have scrubbed the Off Topic chatter since this is not WoodPile.

I hope you will get some volunteers to help with (what should be) a great event.
I would be there for sure, but can't get away for it.
