had some tuna i was scared to eat rare as it was a few days old, so i smoked it and made some mayo for some homemade tuna dip. i also used horseradish, salt, pepper, lemon, green onion, & paprika in it.

Phark using a Phork....Phingers is the way to go! ![]() Sort of did the same thing with my overcooked tuna steaks...made a killer spread out of it to put on bread,toast or in a salad. ![]()
