Did you know there's a MOINK Ball Throwdown going on? Come and join us, you know you're going to cook them anyhow. Snap some pics and join in the fun.

Assemble the ingredients, including the elusive premade beef meatballs.

Decided to smoke some salt while the smoker was going. Added a cup to a small sheet pan.

Into the FEC they go.

Whipped up some Raspberry, maple, bourbon glaze. RED!

Glazed, plated, extra bacon...

Actually it was a little on the sweet side, should have added some acid in there and should have skipped the honey entirely, even though I only put a small bit in.
