just a little chicken pron...
i was going to do some ribs but got a late start so it was on with the yard bird.
the wife and i mixed up a concoction to inject because yours truly left the creole butter on the counter at the store.  lol if its good i will report back what we used. if it isn't, well........... |

well i thought it turnout pretty dry. i pulled it at 160 just like i do with the drum but not with nearly as good a result. something about hot chicks jumping out of a drum i just really like. :D

Serious bummer. I've never had anything close to dry chicken out of the smoker. Didn't think it was possible...

i used my offset this time, the barrel is in Dodge City. when i cut it up it was very moist but seemed to dry out setting on the platter. oh well, i gotta say my batting average is still pretty good overall.
