brisket came out good. not enough rub though. i only rubbed down one side. and didnt trim the fat on the back side. i was really surprised that it was done in 13 hours. it was tender and had a decent pull to it even after sitting for 4 hours in the cooler. Had a little girl here that her parents say she was pretty much a vegetarian , she ate a rib, 2 pieces of chicken, and 2 slices of brisket. she was a little bitty thing lol. never seen a kid eat so much.
