Default new insulated cabinet first cook

my daughters came home from collage this weekend and I like to send them back with a little food and I just finished my new smoker so it was time for the smoke test. I went a little heavy on the iron 3/16 inside and out 2" of insulation in the walls and 1 1/2 in the doors. I will add some stainless to it to dress it up in the spring (folding shelf and some flames) and a real paint job. I put 2 butts and a 19lbs turkey on @ 9:00 a.m and had it packed to go just after 5:00 I was really happy for my first cook. looking forward to see how it does in cold weather. thanks for looking.

Good lookin grub! Looked like a successful first cook! The more I see the cabinet cookers the more I think I would like them. I have two smokers I'm still kinda learning how to use so no more for me right now!

i really like the Humphreys smokers and wanted a battle box but built one size bigger so it's a pint clone with a drop in water pan. but with 5 racks with 5 1/2" of clearance it should hold 15 butts so i think it's more like a down east beast? i like lone stars charcoal tray with the ash pan so i went that route.
