I cooked up a couple of different items today

Looks good Brother- Man the holidays are cool as heck when you belong to the brethren. the pics of all the food we all cook. I get inspired almost every day.

That all looks fantastic! I really want to do a meat loaf! do you cook it in a pan? or just let it drip?
Is that cuban chicken that mojo sauce?

I cook in a pan some times with lots of holes punched in bottom. I did not use the water pan just let it drip. Sure smelled good. The Cuban chicken is with mojo marinade.My daughter loves it! So every time fire up the smoker I HAVE to cook some chicken as well.

I agree. Good lookin food. I still haven't tried fish yet either. On my to-do list though.
