Nice pics.. Overall, I liked the pork box the best, followed by the brisket, ribs and chicken.

The chicken did not look that appealing to me.. The color and shape looked a bit too much like a potato...not chicken.

Thanks for the input. We have been getting our chicken @ Sams. those thighs are huge to say the least. I spend 2 hours trimming & cleaning them. Maybe I am trimming too much? I need to find a supplier who has smaller ones. Almost turned in legs last contest. I chickend out (no pun intended).
