I really like the idea of raising the air intake to waist high on a drum. Right now I am thinking of a mod I can do to my wsm to keep from standing on my head to adjust the vents.
I plan to use something like this on my smoker in the works. Is one intake enough ? Do you think having one larger intake vs 3 or 4 small ones will make the fire burn unevenly ? Enquiry minds. |
