Default ABT's and stuffed chicken breasts

We tried a new (to us) twist on ABT's and chicken breasts today and we liked the results.
ABT filling was mashed potatoes with sausage, pepper jack cheese and green onions with select spices. Same filling for two stuffed chicken breasts was delicious as we expected. We also tried some chicken squirrels. All were marinated in a Garlic and Herb seasoning from KC Masterpiece for about an hour.
