Brinkman Customer Service.
Has anyone had problems getting through to Brinkman Customer Service? I cant get through on their toll free or local line. I've waited along time and no one picks up. All you get is their recorded monolog. I've also tried email and have not response.

I tried on a couple of occassions to contact them by phone and email. Never got a responce. I will not buy another of their products.

I ordered 2 grates for my BSKD from Brinkman. After 4 to 5 months of run-around I cancelled the order & told them to credit my Visa account for the amount charged. The cancellation & credit took a d*mn sight less time than farkin' around with their C.S. people. Oh, yeah, when I asked them if they had gotten their shipment in yet from China or wherever(because a local BBQ dealer had his in), the good folks @ Brinkman informed me that they didn't sell parts through retail stores! I thought that the last part was really strange because I had just gotten 2 grates from a local supplier
