I celebrated the 3rd annual international smoke day today with some ribs and a brisket flat. Here are some pics

International Smoke Day was started on the Virtual Weber Bullet bulletin board. Saturday of Memorial day weekend.
I did a dozen thighs and 3 meatloafs. MMmmm.
Also cleaned up the latest acquisition and cypherin how to turn it into a reverse flow cooker. I think I have it figured out!
