Default Bacon Bourbon Bottle Cheeseburger

Have made the BBQ Pit Boys beer can bacon cheeseburger a number of times. But I had a square ciabatta bun... Jim Beam to the rescue... Besides, you don't get enough stuffing with a beer can.

Mushrooms, onion, peppers & garlic...

On the Big Joe with some pecan. Smoke was rolling...

Time for eats. Topped with some bourbon green chile bacon jam...

Now that’s a burger Andy - killer-b approach with the JB bottle for those square ciabatta rolls!

It's been awhile since someone posted a beer bottle burger, however I really like what you did here with the ciabatta bun and the square burger... Job well done...

I normally skip the bread, but I had one bun left, so I figured why not. And I may start using the Beam bottle more often. Can fit a lot more goodies in there, especially cheese, than with a beer can.
