Now you done it Josh, what a tasty alternative to Bread Crumbing.
I am holding this one up to do Lamb Cutlets.
Josh posted a Cook here.

I annoyed him enough and he assisted.
I was surprised to find out Pork Crackling can be bought like crisps here, learnt something new.
So of we went, changed it up and added some deep fried shallots.

Mixed the ingredients and some Chicken salt in a bag and gave it a beating.

Chicken was dipped in Mayo then crumbed.no Flour, didnt need it.
set in fridge for a few hours to set.

Indirect on the Akorn

To me this is the find of the year, what an awesome way to crumb with a flavour that just works

Vonnie loved it as well,
Look out Lamb Cutlets

Thanks Josh, your the man ( of the moment anyway):clap2:

I was surprised to say the least,Salt and Vinegar was the ones I used(by Mistake) didnt seem to matter

Sure looks great Titch!

I've got to stop at the Mexican store next time I'm in town and get some to try.

I would say there was a lot more vinegar in the Alabama white sauce I used, than in your salt and vinegar pork rinds.

Titch, it sure looks like you and Josh know what you're doing! I could settle down with that plate just fine!
