Default Chiliquilles and more tacos

I am still working on chorizo leftovers so I made the wife and kids chiliquilles and tacos for myself. Chorizo, fresh salsa, avocado, lime, onion and cilantro on the tacos. Came out great.

Holy Smokes!

My wife is seriously ready to climb through the screen to get to those chiliquilles (her favorite)!

Love your "leftovers," brother.

Best to you and the family.

Thanks my friend!
Chiliquilles is my daughters favorite so I promised I'd make it for her. My mom used to make it for me as a kid, nothing better than freshly fried tortillas so it is still a bit crunchy.

You suck! :) Those look sooo good. I just started doing the keto thing, so I kinda hate you right now :) I'm kidding. A little.

Great job
