I got this B.R.A. When I tried catching a falling pork roast over a year ago.
I used lots of vitamin E on it. No scarring whatsoever.

Dude, that's a nasty 1-2 degree burn. Keep up with the silvadine. Also pull up your pants, your plumbers crack is showing. :)

Seriously. DAMN! Just....Just.... DAMN!

Keep it clean, dry and keep the SSD on it for awhile. Don't pop the blisters, let them do it on their own.

Hang in there man, that is nooooo fun. The Silvadine is magic stuff though. Glad your mom was there to at least administer some care.

I think we have all done some damage to ourselves in the name of Que.... so we'll hope for your speedy recovery. I tried to take a finger off one year. It's funny you mentioned getting your chicken turned in. I was more worried about that too!!

Keep that Silvadine handy. I use it whenever I get a burn. A miracle drug if you ask me! Feel better.

When I was younger I had a radiator hose on a hot engine blow on me and burnt about a 4 x 6 area on my upper left chest. I know your pain. Get better soon.

Reminds me of when I touched that exhaust thingy on the lawnmower as a kid.

Took half of grandma's aloe plant in the kitchen to stop the pain/crying

Hope you heal quickly. Guys keep in mind that ice straight from the freezer
is bad for any injury. It is actually below the freezing point and can cause tissue damage. Always wrap in a moist cloth or put it in a ziploc with some water. Ice from a cooler should be fine.

The ribs won 4th place. I sent the leftovers home with a friend. The wound has healed tremendously. I may take a pic later this week and post it.

So I have two questions: 1. Where you wearing an apron? 2. Why couldn't your mom turn in the Chicken if she was with you?

Wow that looks bad. I got burned really badly last year on my arms but instead just used 100% Aloe. No scarring but my blisters didn't look that bad either.

Heal soon cause with that kind of a burn it's got be painful to cover it up and think of all the people going blind having to look at that belly.
