What About The Sauce Category?
I'm signed up for the sauce category in an up coming contest - how does that work? Do you send em six cups of sauce and they drink / taste it? How does it get turned in or presented to the judges - don't they need something to eat with it? Hey, I ain't never been in one or talked to anyone that has, so I have no idea.

The last 2 that I have done, other than the American Royal and the GAB only required one cup which is provided for you prior to turn in.
