My Wife is now a CBJ

Last night, Tammy completed the CBJ course in Sugar Creek, MO! God help the team that gets her at a contest! I guess she was scoring a little low last night but caught the cook (Rick) for a brisket that was cooked the day before! :lol: Apparently, being re-heated a couple of times made it look bad. He came over to her afterwards and told her that she was right... that it had actually been cooked by someone else the day before. So much for the razzing she took for giving it a 4! :lol:

Cool deal, my wife also went through the class here in Modesto last Saturday. Funny thing is, is that she also scored the meats lower than most everyone else too. :-D
