Great looking Grub!

Is that a "stuffing" in the middle?

I just have to try one of those.

Thanks,

TIM

I used the gasser for the roast, I pick up the Lang in two weeks and counting.........

Gotta say it's a handy smoker to have in this fridgid weather we get up here. Did a cook this winter for Superbowl in -20* deg temps, went thru a bit of gas, but be darned if it didn't hold it's temp pretty steady!

No stuffing, just a honking piece of meat. The butcher must have been in a good mood.
