- Curious what you sprankled (that's a technical term) on the okra before the oven... looks like it came out nicely!

Package of Chopped frozen okra
Ran under hot water
Microwaved 45 seconds
Shook in colander and patted dry
1/4 sheet pan lined with foil
Coated pan and okra with olive oil/ coconut works
Seasoned with Fiesta Fajita Seasoning
Sprinkled lightly Japanese Panko
Single layer
Into 450* Oven
Stir after 15 minutes let go another 10-15 or desired doneness (sp)
