Default Pepper Gravy Fondue.. more finger food

One of those finger food, cold beer cooks.

I didn't take many prep pics. Mainly cut, fried, baked and sauteed everything..

Sliced and sauteed some German sausage from Fischer's Meat Market in Muenster Texas. They have good products.

Got a pic of chickenfried boneless beef ribs...

making skillet gravy with the drippings...

Started piling everything on...

filled the skillet with hot gravy...
On the bottom of the platter... smoked german sausage...

to the right of the German sausage... small biscuits...

to the right of the biscuits... the chickenfried beef ribs, sauteed mushrooms, Italian meatballs and herb toasted bread cubes..

to the right of the bread cubes... fried bologna cubes then bacon wrapped meatballs..

to the right of the bacon wrapped meatballs.. tatoes and sausage links..

placed a few pepperoncini around the plate and called er good.

I had to try a chickenfried beef rib first...

and the little biscuits were next...

Also had a tray of veggies n dip and fruit with dip to round out the snackin'.

This went over well with my friends.

I'll make it again in the future!

Thanks for looking!

I have never seen gravy fondue. You better be careful, with food like that, you might bring fondue parties back into vogue. Great looking presentation!

Thank you HogGrog! Out of all of it, I think the biscuits were my favorite. I love biscuits and gravy.
