Hey guys, I was just asked to cater a pig roast. They want the pig on a rotisserie, I was wondering how much an 80 pound pig costs and where I can possibly buy one in the Los Angeles area. I will also need to rent a special pit (if the cost is to much forget it) any help would be appreciated.

I would go to http://www.cbbqa.com and ask the same question. I know some of the guys in the California BBQ Assoc. have done them. Personally, I don't have a clue.

These people might have something for you to consider . . . a little pricey but they have what you need, I think.
