There is a Mexican restaurant where we used to live that makes a great Burrito called Oregon Burrito. Basically, it is a carne Asada Burrito with potatoes. We order it with bacon and sour cream!
It is a great combo and MSD wanted to make Tacos with that flavor.

Starting out with the players Today it is Skirt Steak Totoes, and onions. A carne Asada seasoning, Garlic and jalapenos.

Season up the meat and let it rest a room temp

Got the ingredients ready and the Camp Chef Griddle warmed up
