Should we just go ahead and send the prize to Marty, or go ahead with the formalities of having an actual contest?

I'm your huckleberry.

All wings rubbed with Wicken Yanks Wings Rub and cooked via Weber Kettle over a Vortex, topped with a small chunk of pecan.

- 3 chicken drumsticks rubbed with John Henry's Mojave Garlic for the munchkin.

I present to you Wicken Yanks Smoked Buffalo and Mama's Jamaican Jerk (aka. "Hell hath no fury...") - a splendid blend of Garlic/Green Onion/Jalapeño, and Lime

Mods - Please use this photo as my official entry.

Kind regards,
Shadow

Below is my submission for the wing contest. Half of these were a homemade rub and half were plowboys yardbird. Both of them had a bourbon buffalo sauce and were a huge hit at the cookout yesterday.

I fixed this.

Pro tip - right after .jpg, you can add "~original" and get your photobucket images to show.
