Yes I did know that about the maverick. But it's usually the meat thats to cold, not ME!!!

Just over 5 hours. Results. Lang did great once up to temp it didn't take that much more wood to hold 275-325 than normal.

I got about 50% yield on the meat. So cost about $11/lb plus wood, rub and time spent.
