Brisket is sacred, don't **** with brisket!

I wouldn't turn down a chance to eat any of it. I joined this site for inspiration, and it has delivered. I love how the TD's spark creativity.

When I truly think of comfort food, I usually think of mac and cheese, chili, or stew. But sometimes, the comfort comes from something I can throw on the grill, flip once, and it's time to eat. Nothing says that more to me than a simple cheeseburger. For these, I used Poblano and Cheese Prime Burgers, some Naturiffic Hot Salt, Asiago rolls, and some cheddar cheese. Nothing easier, not much better. Please use the last picture for my entry.

BTW, these were done on my WSCG. My grill shot didn't come out, I have shots of where I was firing up the pit, but nothing with the food on. Dilly Dilly if you must.
