Man I am jonesin for some serious pryo action this weekend!! It has probably been 10 days since the smokers have seen any action, that is unheard of around this house..

Thinking some spares are in serious trouble this weekend.

The wife did pick up 3 small butts tonight, more bacon and I think it may be time for some sausage experimentation.
