Jim Dandy BBQ Competition
Originally, it looked like there would be a Cincinnati competition on June, but I just heard that fell through. Instead, they're looking at early September for a competition. More details to follow.
They're hoping this will be sanctioned, and they're working with KCBS to get it so, I guess. Jim is going to let me know what's going on as he finds out more. I'd love to have a comp within sleeping distance for my wife... so I don't have to pay for a hotel room.
