Default Mock Contest

Did a practice run for the upcoming contest in two weeks. Set turn-in times of noon for chicken, 1:00 for ribs and 2:00 for brisket. Thought ya'll mike like to see the results. IMO, the chicken was slightly overcooked, the ribs were spot-on and the brisket was slightly undercooked. All the friends, neighbors and relatives that stopped by to "judge" loved it all.

Everything looks great. Makes you feel good when your firends rave about the food doesn't it. Keep up the good practice and keep a log of your cooks. This way you can duplicates the results.
