Cooked up some Tablitas yesterday. Local store had some short ribs on sale.
Marinated in some Goya Picante marinade for a few hours then hit it with some #porkmafia Texas Gold.
Then onto the Big Joe. Don't be afraid to give them some char, just don't burn em.
