Default Rib Rub Suggestion

Well let me say thanks for all the help with the rib presentation.

I need a little more help. As stated befor, I will be in a competition. I dont have a bunch of time to make a rub for the ribs. If you have recipe for a simple well tested rub that would be nice also.
I would like to buy it, If that is allowed. I wold like any suggestions on what you may buy for your competition ribs if you aslo did not have the time to prepare...
So any guidence will be appreciated... Thanks Bill H

one more thing, would you reccomend a coating of mustard on the ribs before the rub is applied.... THANKS

Why don't you go the "Cattle Call" Forum and introduce yourself.
