Friday's Cook
I was asked by my employer to cook for one of our plants. My cookin partner & I decided to use the occasion to "practice" our skills. I cooked 1 pork butt, 2 briskets, 12 slabs of babybacks, 12 links of sausage, and 30 ABTS! My partner cooked the chicken. Sorry, don't have many pics.
