The stuffing in the shortie was carmelized onion, red bell pepper, garlic powder, crumbled Italian cheeses. In the fatty I substituted jack cheese. Any suggestions on the stuffed sausages would be helpful. Just went to your site and looked at the comp pics. What is your recipe for your ribs. I am not a competitor, just a backyard cook.
