Customer Appreciation day for my day job for about 700 customers.. it was a great day beautiful weather. Started cooking at 6 am on Friday morning. Food was removed Friday night and placed in coolers. Everything went just as planned. Didn't get much sleep but glad everything went great! a lot of Happy customers that are saying this is the best BBQ they have ever had.
Whole cook was Hickory and Cherry combination.. I liked this combo.. The color the cherry brought in was great! Hope you enjoy the pics and videos! Smoke on!

Yea she burns quite a big of wood.. probly not as much as you think though lol About a log every 30 minutes to coast at 300. If it was still hot outside.. I could do a log an hour. Logs about as big around as a whole chicken..
 
Wow that's a massive cook and a massive smoker, fantastic job!!! What's it take to run that?

I started it off with about 12 pounds of Kbb and 3 splits.. and then it coast 1-2 splits every 30 minutes.. That had me coasting at around 300
