Default Fun with ground beef

Found a pound of lean ground beef in the back of my freezer so I cooked it up added a bunch of seasonings and came up with this...

Looks great! Is it improv chili? WHat's the seasoning sprinkled on the maters?

Just black pepper on the maters. no need to ruin em.

After I browned the ground beef, i added some store bought salsa and a bunch of seasonings. I used tostadas instead of chips because they are cheaper.

That plate from the survival gourmet looks great Mista.

Must be freezer cleaning day. I'm makin' chili. Threw out 62 jalapeno peppers. Kind of brought a tear to my eye.

Kevin,

It is from The Survival Gourmet. I listed all of the seasonings I used over there.

Sometimes it hurts to get rid of food...

Looks good, but honestly the title lead me to believe I would see you juggle ground beef, shoot it from a cannon or make a "Silence of the Lambs" mask.

It's Friday, Mista. Let's have some REAL "fun with ground beef."
