here we go, first I pounded them out, drizzled with jalapeno olive oil and hatch green chili vinegar and seasoned up with spog and lemon pepper
in to frige while I clean up a mess in the yard
got the other stuff ready for assembly
first hatch salsa
shredded jack
a chili and more jack
all rolled up
in to pellet grill set at 350 but used a raised rack probably 375 up there
in
temping in mid 150's
added another chili and pepper jack
all melted up
I chose this one
c
I figured this was pretty much a meal by itself, so just some fresh pico and guac.
close up
fork shot
fork close up
just another shot
pretty darn good thanks for looking
