Lamb Gyros With Alabama White sauce.

Love this sauce on Lamb, it just works.
8lb of lamb shoulder cuts.
marinated by the Butcher in Gyros style.
Cooked over a mixture of Kingston and mangrove Charcoal
Simple and tasty feed.



Threaded these fatty cuts in between disks, allows cutting of the meat while still cooking.



Over the fire



When its getting some colour, baste with Olive Oil, garlic and lemon juice.







Carve as you need .



Served in Pita with Cheese ,lettuce and some Alabama white sauce.





Keep it over the fire and serve as required



Was a tasty feed, lots left over that warms nicely in a frypan with butter and Olive oil
