Default While tenderloin matched and tied

Tonight I broke down a whole tenderloin, matched up the tapered ends, tied it up and slowsmoked for about 1.75 hours to 130 degrees IT. I Let it rest for 15 minutes and reverse seared in a hot cast iron pan with butter. Best filet I had in a while

Looks awesome. Do you mind me asking what a hole tenderloin cost in your neck of the woods? At my local Costco they cost around $110 for a trimmed one and about $70-$75 If not trimmed. I cut up elk and deer tenderloin so I'm pretty sure I can trim up a hole beef tenderloin.
