Nothing says July 4 like a seafood burger. HAHA jk but it was delicious. Time to grill!!!
Tom did a pork butt on the UDS. I yellow-tail tuna stuffed with shrimp on the kettle with sweet potato chips and tom's beans.
I wanted a flavor explosion so i used yellow tail tuna, shrimp, Gorgonzola, jalapeno, kalmata olives, home grown cilantro parsley,basil, panko, egg, lemon, garlic, onion, chipolte.
I was a little worried about the flavors but it ended up great.
I made a avocado cucumber tomato chipotle aioli for the base and a citrus slaw with red onion peppers and grilled corn.
Served it with grilled watermelon, Tom's beans and grilled sweet potato fries.
