OK, so what about the bylaws change vote? (KCBS)
No one seems to be talking about that anywhere...
What does it really mean? What do you think about it? Should folks vote for or against it in your opinion? nancee |

Rod, Don, Tony and I worked on cleaning up the by-laws. This work was done about 6 mos ago. I glanced back at it, and do not remember many substantial changes. Most of the changes were to clean up language and grammar. There were a few changes, where out by-laws conflicted with Missouri Law, mostly procedural and required change.

It is maintence on wording to reflect the current state of KCBS. Example, KCBS is no longer a 501c 3 but 501c 4 and items like that.
