I received the following email from the Memphis in May organizers in case anyone was considering entering the lottery for spaces. This year's contest will be May 17-19.
In 2007 approximately 250 teams will be competing for the largest prize purse ever at The World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest. You could be one of those teams! Team applications are now available online. To download an application click on: http://www.memphisinmay.org/pdf/2007%20WCBCC_Application_2007.pdf. Deadline for submission is February 26, 2007 We hope to see you there!
