This is for the "Cookin' on a Flat" throwdown.
I have a half-moon griddle for the big green egg and I haven't used it much, so this was a good reason to use it. I found some locally grown rib eye steaks, and made baked potatoes.
A flat surface.
Rib eyes!
First, indirect cook the taters.
Searing the steaks.
Then onto the fire.
One of the cooked steaks.
Dinner!
One tasty bite.
