Default Quick reminder

Remember to remove stuffing from turkeys before storing in refridgerator.
This will help your turkey to cool faster.
Even better, cut your left over turkey into smaller parts, and store those seperately from other food items.

Thanks for the heads up on the turkey issue. With the stress of the holidays and the crowded homes this could be easily overlooked. Thanks for keeping everybody safe.

I never thought of that before. Then again, the turkey is usually cut up on a platter and the stuffing is in a bowl when we get to the table. We never really made a big deal about the whole carving at the table in front of guests.

We havent had stuffing the bird before, it was always on the side.....so I guess it is actually dressing instead of stuffing.
