I had this little pork roast in the freezer,

about 2.5 pounds. Seasoned it up with SPOG;

On the Weber with a little oak for smoke,

I let that go for around 2 hours between 275-300,

Put that into a pan with saute`d onions and a blend of Kosmo's BBQ sauce and beer,

Wrapped that with foil and back on the Weber to braise, I let that go for about another 3 hours till fork tender, then I drained off the liquid brushed with additional sauce and let it glaze,

Then dished that up with scalloped taters and garlic green beans,

Turned out absolutely delicious!
