I had this little pork roast in the freezer,
about 2.5 pounds. Seasoned it up with SPOG;
On the Weber with a little oak for smoke,
I let that go for around 2 hours between 275-300,
Put that into a pan with saute`d onions and a blend of Kosmo's BBQ sauce and beer,
Wrapped that with foil and back on the Weber to braise, I let that go for about another 3 hours till fork tender, then I drained off the liquid brushed with additional sauce and let it glaze,
Then dished that up with scalloped taters and garlic green beans,
Turned out absolutely delicious!
You can also see it here along with some other great dishes in the meat and taters throwdown: http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=220065
Thanks for looking all,
