Had one little bacon wrapped filet in the fridge…and a ball of leftover pizza dough. What happens next….

Grill the little filet with a little can of smoke til just rare…

A little sauce, Italian cheese blend, blue cheese crumbles, fresh mozz, mushrooms, onions and that little steak…

On to the hot stone, additional toppings waiting….wine is for sipping..
