Default Ground Beef/Pork/Chicken on Lemongrass skewers.

This would be our entry into the Get Down With the Ground Throwdown if we may

Lets start with our Skewers.

Get some Lemongrass out of the Hothouse.

Trim it into Skewers

Some of the Ingredients.

The Cevap was made from a blend of Pork and Beef.
Chicken was Thighs with spices , Jalapeno and other bits and pieces.

Made the Skewers up.

lets Grill these babys up.

Served with a simple Asian slaw and some Sweet Chili Sauce

Please use this as our Polling picture.

Thanks for looking in

Thank you.
Lemongrass grows like a clump of grass, seems to like being neglected.
I'm good at that.
Lived good so far thru our winter, lows of 3c ( in our hothouse that's only sun heated )
Makes a nice lemon tea as my wife will attest to

I love plants that thrive on neglect! They seem to be the ones I grow best. Thanks!

$35 Asian supermarket thing we picked up for a Camping trip.
About 5 years ago, we was going to dump it after the trip.
We use it to remind ourselves you can cook on anything given the passion.
Plus I'm a tightwad and hate to chuck stuff
